Meet The Contract Coach
I’ve been working in the construction industry for over three decades as a board level contractor, commercial contract law expert, and dispute resolution specialist.
As a younger man, I personally watched my dad’s construction business go through insolvency after he followed bad advice, relied on trust and goodwill, and didn’t have legal boundaries in place with main contractors.
I came into the industry driven by the desire to help others avoid what my dad went through, and was shocked by just how common these issues were. I tried talking to the big businesses, but they didn’t want to listen. And why would they? They had all of the power and none of the consequences. So eventually, I decided the only option was to try and clean up the industry myself, and I became the Contract Coach®.
My mission is now to support and empower specialist contractors to understand their contracts, stand firm on their terms, and appreciate their importance in this industry. By showing them the rights they have in business and in law, and giving them the leadership skills to confidently assert those rights, I believe we can set a new standard for our sector that runs on mutual respect and appreciation, rather than fear.

Our coaching calls require a minimum of 1x hour per week, and you’ll also have unlimited access to me for any ad hoc questions through the Voxer app. Dates and times can be flexible to suit your personal schedule.
